I so wished that I had read it this book years ago. It is an impressive, clearly reputable, analyzed data of proven scientific facts that rang true in my mind as a female with hormones. Too many years of health issues and dealing with medical professionals that proclaimed unproven, irrelevant propaganda and simply hypothesis regarding female hormones and health. It is very confusing being a consumer and patient to hear advice that does not make sense and does not help with women’s issues at hand. It is a blessing, a gift, to finally have deciphered medical evaluation and education regarding women’s general health, longevity, sleep, and bone health with regards to our hormonal make-up finally in my hands.

Thank you to the authors for this book, their words, their research, their commitment and their unfaltering continued support of peoples health.

SUBJECT: HARASSING PHONE CALLS AND REFUSAL TO QUIT

For the last two to three years I have been receiving phone calls from this company listed above several times a week. Many times I have pressed extension 2 to take me off the list. It has not worked. Then I have pressed extension 1 to speak to someone. All of the operators are difficult to understand through their diction or accent. I have asked to speak to a manager or supervisor but have been hung up on each time. On Monday, Labor Day September 7th, after receiving a call from Student Loan Defense Center, I phoned back 48 times to speak to someone and each time I was immediately disconnected. One time when speaking to a so called supervisor, he claimed that other companies have been calling me, that it is not them but he will take me off the list.

On Thursday, September 10, at 9:55 I received another call from Student Loan Defense Center. I held on for several minutes and then was automatically disconnected. I called several times again and one, the only English accented man ever spoken to, answered and explained that I was on a no call list then hung up immediately.

Some how, this has escalated into harassment by ignoring my request to not phone me. I am nearly 70 years old, I have never had a student loan and have been out of school for almost 50 years.

The address for The Student Loan Defense Center is a mailing station in Cheyenne, it is not a professional office. This business is not listed with the Better Business Bureau or any such governmental office subsequently this is a false name and a  Scam operation with the sole intent to harass and perhaps scam money from certain people. Certainly no money will be paid by me but wonder why they phone me.
